January & February 2025 - Library Registry - 45 hrs

As regards the library collection of "La Palomita", a small, free and open access library integrated throughout a museum and designed around the visual, the cultural (highland Andean cultural history, studies, and anthropology), and the "patrimonial" (identification and conservation of material and inmaterial heritage). I conducted a comprehensive update and enhancement of the internal library collection inventory (attached below). Developed and implemented an online access catalog for library items. (visit online Tiny Cat Catalogue) Reorganized the physical layout of library shelving. Oversaw the activities of volunteer "Shiomarita." Researched, designed, and established a tablet-based library sign-in system.
